Primetime TV, Participation TV – Head of Production March ’09 – Present
Primetime TV runs 4 interactive channels that can be found both online and on the SKY Platform. Launching with only 1 channel in March ’09 in to an already fairly saturated market, they are now considered to be one of the market leaders.
Having joined Primetime as a start-up. I have played a key role over the past 6 years, helping the company grow both on TV and online. Starting as the night producer in order to pass on my experience to new staff I was able to step away from that role and take over as Head of Production. I have taken over managing a large number of functions within the business including increasing our broadcast output from 1 to 4 channel’s whilst running from 1 single studio.
In 2014 I took on 2 major projects. Firstly, I sourced and implemented the technology in order to broadcast from LA, in which I went out to the states, sourced the studio and successfully launched, broadcasting 5-7 hours per day. Secondly, I project managed the expansion and build of our new studios, managing to keep within both schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 18 production and office employees
• Produce shoots across Europe, managing scheduling for 6 websites
• Head of compliance
• Manage IVR system
• Lead all recruitment, including senior hires
• Manage financial accounts
• Conduct all training for new equipment and staff
• 24/7 call for technical support

Key Achievements:
• Changed shooting method, increasing productivity, quality of content and website memberships by 20%.
• Sourced, implemented and produced months broadcast from LA, streaming back to UK TV on a low budget.
• Project managed Studio move, keeping all channel running with minimal downtime.

Bang Media, Participation TV – Night Producer July ’06 – March ‘09
I began at Bang Media as a Studio Runner and through showing natural talent and determination while working alongside the Senior Production Manager I was quickly promoted to Night Show Producer; studio management, IVR scripting, staff recruiting and training.

Key Achievements:
• Having been at the company for only 3 months I was heavily involved in the design and technology of a new studio build.
• Promoted to Night Producer to produce busiest shows of the week.
• Later went on to take some of Senior Production Manager’s duties and manage the studio.

Promotional Video - Fit 4 the Part – Producer March ’06 – May ‘06
Worked closely with celebrity personal trainer Jon Trevor to create promo/pilot for vocal fitness programme to see the effects of a training device to improve singing.

Key Achievements:
• Solely produced video without any budget.
• Commissioned to produce the video after casting Jon Trevor to present university production.

Television Sports News – Vicarage Road– TMS Sport Sep ’05 – Nov ‘06
Initially ran the action replays via a Beta deck and later advanced on to camera assisting, then operating pre-match events for Saracens.

Key Achievements:
• Worked my way up from doing action replays to camera operating within a year.

Flash Families, ITV – Production Assistant July ’05 – Aug ‘05
Initially started on work experience, but was immediately tasked to find contributors and provide research for other production staff whilst out on recce’s.

Key Achievements:
• Found 1 of 3 contributors for the show.
• Was given TV Credit despite being work experience position.
